Quite simply, expect Google’s photo-management and communication services to become lifted from the flabby, underpopulated social networking in some manner. Whether this calculates like a literal separation, or simply a general change in emphasis with Google highlighting Google ‘s separate components more, we are unsure at this time.
In speaking particularly about Hangouts, Pichai says the organization would still “purchase and evolve” the messaging service, however that the organization wasn’t worried about strongly rivalling the kind of WhatsApp. “Such things as WhatsApp are a good illustration of success that others have experienced on Android, which we have seen as welcome innovation around the platform,” stated Pichai.
